An electrical engineer, a mechanical engineer, and a software engineer
design and build a car for a soapbox derby. On race day, they release the
car from the top of the hill. Things are looking good until halfway down
the hill the car bursts into flames. The three engineers rush to the
bottom of the hill to examine the damage.
The electrical engineer says "It must have been a problem in the
electrical system for the headlights. Let me take it back to my shop and
I'll fix it."
The mechanical engineer says "It must have been too much friction in the
axles. Let me take it back to my shop and I'll fix it."
The software engineer says, "Let's release it from the top and see if it
catches on fire again."
